1930s Paper Plate, RARE, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Fairy Tail, Scalloped Paper Plate, Christmas Plate, Vintage Ephemera, OOAK (C956)
This is an amazing truly rare find. It is a Paper (cardboard) Plate from the late 1920s - 1930s. It features a beautiful depiction of the fairy tale Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The art is signed but I am unsure of the name. (L. with what looks like ooy )
The plate is a cardboard material with a crinkled Edge sort of like a pie crust. The boarder features scenes from the story. The center is of Snow White and her forest friends perhaps dancing. There is even a hedgehog. There is a metallic gold ring separating the center design from the boarder.
The back is an all over print of Christmas bells and foliage.
Condition - Very Good - it may have lost some of its brightness over its almost 100 years. There are minor scuffs and creases.
Size - 11”
It is lovely and would make a great addition to any collection.
